The first type will be generated from user searches. It will be connected to the criteria provided by users. The second type of lead will be linked to a user’s posting. While uploading the post, the user will be asked to indicate whether he is interested in receiving professional advice. Each lead that you will receive from our system will be reliable, scam free, and strong.

We will provide 24/7 assistance and consulting with all real estate related issues. This service will be available for all members as well as listing agents.

One of the strongest benefits of joining this program is that all the leads one will receive are exclusive. There will be minimal competition amongst agents. Appraisers, Architects, Carpenters, Cleaning Services, Electricians, Exterminator, Flooring, Glazing-windows and doors, Handymen, Heating and Cooling, Interior Designers, Kitchen Remodeling, Landscaping, Locksmith, Marketing/PR, Painting, Plumbing, Real Estate Attorneys, Remodeling, Roofing, Real Estate Consulting, Real Estate Computer Programs.
Providers will receive listings according to participant city and will provide adequate exposure of their business. They will be charged $500 to $750 per year depending upon their geographic location.
