The ASW Real Estate Network is looking to create an all inclusive service for our members. With this comes the opportunity for experienced Home Service Providers to get involved. As an Authorized Home Service Provider you will be able to expand your client base and network amongst other qualified professionals. Members of A Small World will be able to search for you whenever they need any services and you will receive high quality leads for your business.
ASW HOME SERVICE PROVIDERS PROGRAM
Monthly Newsletter – All ASW members will receive a monthly newsletter displaying news, links and featured articles for both authorized Agents and service providers.
Good quality leads – The leads you will be receiving will arise from two sources: members who upload properties and members who search for properties. Leads will be exclusive to agents in the same city.
Mini Website – As an authorized agent, you will be able to post your company’s profile and tell the members about your record. Some of these anecdotes and interesting facts will be published in our real estate section and magazine.
Direct Banners and ads – You will receive maximum exposure because your banners and ads will run depending on availability and relevancy.
Networking – You will be able to network with all ASW authorized agents and service providers to create new business relationships.
City Guide Listings – Service providers will be listed on city guides and on the real estate pages.
Premium Listings – When a user searches for services, your ads will be displayed as a Premium Listing and will appear first amongst the results.

Providers will receive listings according to participant city and will provide adequate exposure of their business. They will be charged $500 to $750 per year depending upon their geographic location.
