Authorized Real Estate Professionals
This program is designed to cater to the growing needs of esteemed A SMALL WORLD members. As an authorized real estate professional, you will have access to an exclusive market and be able to conduct business on the ASW platform. You will receive two types of leads. The first type will be generated from user searches. It will be connected to the criteria provided by users. The second type of lead will be linked to a user’s posting. While uploading the post, the user will be asked to indicate whether he is interested in receiving professional advice. Each lead that you will receive from our system will be reliable, scam free, and strong.
AUTHORIZED REAL ESTATE PROFESSIONALS PROGRAM
Good quality leads – These leads will arise from two sources: members who upload properties and members who search for properties. Leads will be exclusive to agents in the same city.
Limited Restrictions – As compared to regular members, ASW Real Estate Professionals will have limited to no restrictions on posting rights in all sections
Authorized ASW Real Estate Professional – Since you will be going through our screening process, you and your company will be presented to ASW members as an Authorized ASW Real Estate Professional. You will be issued a certificate and a Premium Real Estate Professional Profile. You will also appear on our Authorized Agent List.
ASW Real Estate Professional Discount – All members of this program will receive a 30% discount on any online campaign booked on A Small World
Real Estate Section Visibility – The Current Real Estate section will become a main category on the web page and will be displayed by a new menu bar composed of a few sections.
Premium listings – When a user searches for properties, your ads will be displayed as Premium Property Listings and will appear first amongst the results. As an Authorized ASW Real Estate Professional you will be rotated among the first three spots.
Extra Visibility – When a user uses the search tool, a list of up to 5 Real Estate Professionals will show up on the right side of the results. This list will be based on the search criteria.
City Guide Listings – Agents will be listed on city guides and on the real estate pages and will show up first amongst the results; you will also receive a whole page describing your company and your track record.
Company Profile Listing – As an authorized agent, you will be able to post your company’s profile and tell the members about your record. Some of these anecdotes and other interesting facts will be published in our real estate section and magazine.
Monthly Newsletter – All ASW members will receive a monthly newsletter displaying news, links and featured articles for both authorized Agents and service providers.
Write-ups in our media – Optional write ups in our magazine, newsletter and website.
Networking – You will be able to network with all ASW authorized agents and service providers to create new business relationships.
Customized Marketing and Branding – ASW Professionals will receive ASW marketing and branding tools. This can be used to send to clients to show credibility and your affiliation with A Small World.
Events – Participate in ASW co-sponsored Real estate events worldwide, thereby increasing your exposure exponentially.
Specific Discussion Forums – The program will enable you to communicate with members and potential clients on a daily basis to promote your business.
Gala and Honorary Program – Annual participation in AWS Real estate gala and honorary program
Advisory Board - ASW real estate will maintain a board composed of ASW community members who are influential in the real estate industry. This board will improve relationships with users and agents and make recommendations to improve the ASW real estate program.
